When I hit the big four oh, I found that my body started to fall apart one piece at a time. My warranty had expired and there was No Extended Warranty available! This is the story of my struggle to keep it all together using spare parts and baling twine.

Merry Christmas 2010
Hoping you all have a great holiday, even if its not one you celebrate!!!
The tree is up and decorated, just to take it down and put it up next week. My shopping is done, the packages are wrapped, just in time to unwrap them tomorrow! Ready to do it all again next year!
Winny hope you recovered from Christmas and that your migraine behaved. Now onto the new year. Yikes! Thanks for your encouraging words on handling my mum.
JBR, I think you did a great job dealing with your mum, as good as it could be. Hey, I live with my 80 yo mom. Ya cain't change'em, ya cain't join'em, so sometimes it's in one ear and out the other!! One blessing with age (at least with my Mom) the short term memory is kinda spotty!
I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthier New Year! I enjoyed your cabin in the woods.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas Emily!!! My tree stays up until Valentines Day :) Have a wonderful pain-free weekend!!!
ReplyDeleteMP: I think the cabin is where I will book my mind vacations next year!!! A better New Year for all of us!!
